Preheat oven to 450 1 1/2 lbs salmon(not Sockeye) with skin on 2 Tblsp balsamic vinegar 2 Tblsp honey 2 Tblsp Dijon mustard 1 Tblsp garlic, minced
Stir together the vinegar, honey, mustard and garlic. Spray a roasting pan with cooking spray or line with foil and spray that. Place salmon skin side down in pan and coat with the mixture. Roast for 20 minutes. Serve
