Roast Salmon1 1/2 lbs center cut salmon fillet 2 Tblsps honey 2 Tblsps basalmic vinegar 2 Tblsps Dijon mustard 1 garlic clove, minced (more if you love garlic) Non stick spray
(If you don't spray the pan you will have a mess)
Preheat oven to 450. Put salmon in a roasting pan. Mix the honey, vinegar, mustard and garlic and pour over salmon. Roast for 20 minutes. Remove from oven, let stand for 5 minutes. Slide a metal spatula carefully between the fillet and the skin, leaving the skin behind. Pour any remaining sauce from pan on fish and serve.
