Flounder in White wine sauce

Ingredients Preheat oven 350
2 large flounder fillets
1 tsp lemon juice
2 Tblsp dry white wine
2 Tblsp butter
2 Tblsp flour
3/4 c milk
1/4 tsp dried tarragon
1 Tblsp fresh parsley chopped
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 lb white mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
Place fish in an ovenproof baking dish. Combine lemon juice and wine and pour over fish. Marinate 1 hour in fridge. In a saucepan, over low heat, melt butter, blend in flour and gradually pour in milk whisking to combine. Raise heat to medium and cook for about 5 minutes until the sauce begins to thicken stirring all the while(don't let it burn). Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Remove fish from the fridge, pour sauce over and bake for 20 mins basting occasionally
