Ingredients 4-6 shoulder lamb chops 1/4 c canola oil 2 Tblsp red wine vinegar 2 Tblsp lemon juice 1/2 tsp dried oregano 1/2 dry bay leaf, crumbled 1 large garlic clove, smashed Salt and pepper Combine all of the ingredients, pour over chops and marinate at least 4 hours or overnight. Remove from marinade and broil or grill 10-12 minutes turning after 8 minutes
