Preheat oven to 350 Ingredients 1 1/2 cups oat flour 1 1/2 cups brown rice flour 1 c shredded low fat cheddar cheese 1/2 c parmesan cheese 1 egg 1/2 cup water 1. Combine all the ingredients, except water, together. Add water slowly and mix until dough forms. Roll out on a lightly floured surface to 1/4" thickness. Use a cookie cutter to cut into shapes. Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. 2. Bake 22-27 minutes until golden brown. Transfer to wire rack and let cool completely. Store in an air tight container.
