Chicken boila GaiPreheat oven to 350 A chicken cut into parts, the ones you like 1/3 c flour 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp celery salt 1/4 tsp nutmeg 4 Tblsp butter 1 garlic clove, crushed 1 can sliced pineapple, reserve the juice 1/2 c reduced sodium soy sauce 1 Tblsp sugar 1 Tbslp freshly grated ginger(or 1/2 tsp ground ginger) Place chicken parts in a bag with flour, salt, celery salt and nutmeg. Shake until coated. Heat skillet and brown chicken in 4 Tbsps butter. Meanwhile, combine 1 c pineapple juice,soy sauce, sugar, garlic and ginger. Place chicken in a casserole dish and cover with sauce. Cover and bake for 50-60 minutes until chicken is tender and cooked through. baste 2-3 times during cooking.
