Baked wings with creamy BBQ dipping sauce3 lbs chicken wing drummettes Salt and pepper 3/4 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup Barbecue sauce 1 Tblsp sherry vinegar 1 garlic clove, minced Preheat oven to 450 Season the wings with salt and pepper and arrange them in one layer in a roasting pan. Bake, turning half way through, for 2-30 minutes until crispy and cooked through.
Combine mayo, barbecue sauce, vinegar and salt and pepper to taste. Add garlic and stir. Serve with wings
