Wacky Cake(WWII special)Preheat oven to 350
8x8 glass baking dish
This is fun to do with kids
1 1/2 c flour
1 cup sugar
3 Tbsp cocoa(unsweetened)
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
6 Tblsp canola oil
1 Tbsp white vinegar
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup water
Sift together dry ingredients into the baking dish. make 3 holes in dry ingredients. Put oil in one hole, vinegar in another and vanilla in the third. Pour water over the entire pan. Stir all with a fork until blended. Bake for 30 minutes until tooth pick inserted in middle comes out clean. Cool, and frost in pan, cut into squares.
