BlondiesPreheat oven to 350. Line a 9X13 pan with foil and spray with Pam Ingredients 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour 1 tsp bakin powder 1/2 tsp table salt 1 1/2 cups packed light brown sugar 12 Tblsp unsalted butter, melted and cooled 2 large eggs 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup pecans,(or walnuts) toasted and coarsely chopped 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips 1/2 cup white chocolate chips Steps 1. Whisk the flour, baking powder, and salt together in a bowl;set aside. 2. Whisk the brown sugar and melted butter together in a medium bowl until combined. Add the eggs and vanilla and mix well. Fold the dry ingredients into the egg mixture until just combined. DO NOT OVERMIX. Fold in the nuts and chips, turn into pan and smooth 3. Bake until the top is shiny and cracked and feels firm 20-25 minutes. Cool completely and lift blondies from pan
