Honeyed Goat cheese with spiced walnutsIngredients 1 large egg white 1 tsp water 1/4 tsp salt 1 cup walnuts, chopped coarsely 3 Tblsp super fine sugar 1/2 tsp ground cumin 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper 1/4 tsp paprika
1. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper 2. Whisk egg white, water and salt together in a medium bowl. Add nuts and toss to coat. Drain nuts through a strainer about 5 minutes. 3. Mix sugar, cumin, cayenne, and paprika in a large bowl. Add drained nuts and toss to coat. 4. Spread nuts evenly over prepared baking sheet. Bake nuts, stirring occasionally, until dry and crisp, about 50 minutes. 5. Let nuts cool completely, about 30 minutes.
