Chef Ouellette comes to us after having spent years in three and four star restaurants and from a stint as a private chef to one of New York's leading money managers. He is classically trained, having completed 100 more hours than required at the French Culinary Institute in New York. Then, he was off to France to study with Antoine Cadinu, Roger Verge and Georges Blanc.
Upon returning to New York, it was to the kitchens of famed chefs David Bouley and Daniel Boulud. During our evening together, Chef will take us through some of the delights of his cookbook, A Private Chef. His philosophy is to appeal to those who wish to create four star meals at home without being an expert in the kitchen.
As he says, "All you need to cook four-star meals is a love of food and a willingness to serve its demands."
