Adult cooking classes at What s Cooking D are designed to be both hands-on and demonstration. Our hands-on classes provide the opportunity for you to execute the recipes or enjoy watching a fellow student work. Typically, 4-5 recipes are planned for each class and are designed around a theme or skill. Come to meet new people, try new foods and relax...you don't even clean up, we do!
Supper Club
During the summer of 2011, beginning in May, three nights a month will offered for Supper Club. Choose your night, register by that Monday and join the fun!Book your spots early because they will go quickly. This is a great opportunity for those who wish to make a date to see old friends, new friends or family and for those who want to meet new people. This is our most popular and, we warn you, i habit forming, class. Each month the group works together to execute a diverse menu and then sits down in our comfortable kitchen to enjoy what they have prepared. We work with all methods of cooking and vary the skill levels so that everyone will find something that appeals to them.

Cooking 101These classes are designed for the cook looking to reinforce or learn basic kitchen know-how. You will learn the proper methods for sauté, braising, stewing, baking , frying, seasoning, knife skills, pantry planning and more. We work with the foundation recipes you need to move to more complex cooking. If you are a novice cook, this class is for you! Click for more info
Cooking PartiesWhat's Cooking D is happy to help you plan a unique party for any occasion. Have your guests participate in creating and executing the entire menu, or have our chef prepare a menu for you as you watch him create the dishes. Bachelorette PartiesLooking for a completely different way to celebrate—cook together! Gather your girlfriends and come for an evening you create--French Bistro, Italian Riviera-you design your menu or let us create one for you. Enjoy your entirely customized menu in our comfortable kitchen - we do all the prep and clean up - you do the fun part! We are the area's only hands on cooking school and would love to have you join us for your party.
