Cancellation PolicyKids Birthday party The deposit paid at the time of reservation is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Confirmation of the number of children attending is required 48 hours in advance of the party. You will be charged for the number of children confirmed at that time. Failure to confirm a number will result in a minimum charge for 10 children. There is a required minimum of 10 guests
Cooking classes:--Full payment for a class is required at the time of reservation.. If you cancel 7 days prior to the class your payment will be refunded. AFTER THAT DATE, a credit will be given toward another class. NO CREDIT or REUND WILL BE ISSUED FOR A CANCELLATION 48 HOURS OR LESS PRIOR TO THE class, but you may send another person as a substitute. In the event a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, we will be happy to issue you a credit towards another class of your choosing or refund your payment. You will be responsible for the difference should there be any for the substitute class. All classes must have a minimum of 10 guests, or less as determined solely by the instructor, in order to be held.
Children's classes: Please note that we plan for your child's attendance in the class. If you do not call to cancel your child for that class no makeup class will be scheduled. We plan our supplies and staffing based upon anticipated attendance.
Private parties: A $50.00 deposit is required to reserve a weekday event, and $100 for Friday, Saturday or Sunday. This deposit is non-refundable but is applicable to the balance remaining for the event. The minimum number of guests is 10 with final confirmation of the number of guests 48 hours in advance of the event. Payment is expected in full 24 hours prior to the event and for the number of confirmed guests.
Inclement weather-We reserve the right to cancel a class due to inclement weather. Every effort will be made to reschedule the class.
Summer camp-- Cancellation 14 days prior to the start of camp will result in a full refund. After that date, you will receive a refund if another child takes the spot you reserved. DAY CAMP-Cancellation 7 days prior to the day camp will result in a refund, after that date no refund will be given as enrollment is limited.
CAKE DECORATING--There is no refund for cancellation 7 days prior to the class, you may send a substitute.
Chef events-Refunds will be issued only for cancellations received 7 days before the event. After that date, a substitute may be sent in your place. In the event, the cancellations is initiated by WCD a full refund will be given.
We make every effort to ensure the value of your purchase is protected. We plan for your attendance and a last minute cancellation does not enable us to reduce our food expenditure accordingly. Please understand that we purchase for the particular event based upon the number of reservations. Thank you
Please note that we are not a nut-free facility. All pots, pans, utensils and bowls are cleaned in our sanitizing machine. No birthday parties feature recipes with nuts or peanuts.
WE REQUIRE ADVANCE NOTIFICATION IF A GUEST IS A VEGETARIAN AND WILL REQUIRE A CUSTOM MENU.
Please let us know, in advance, if you, or your child has food sensitivities. We try to accommodate all food needs, but you are responsible for advising us.
